Nobody's Fault - Sketch of the Week 7

£120.00

Color Pencil on Colored Paper - A4 Size

"I absolutely adore this sketch! It's a depiction of Polyphemus, the son of Poseidon, known for being a Cyclops, with only one eye, and famously 'blinded' by Odysseus, who cunningly used the name 'Nobody' during his journey home to Ithaca. The tale of Polyphemus has always fascinated me. This sketch also brings back memories of the numerous iterations I explored to capture the essence of Polyphemus, and finally, I achieved the version I desired. Voila!"
